*Tuesday, June 14th & 21st at 11:00 –11:30a.m. YOGA for kids going into 1st or 2nd grade in the Fall. Limited to the first 20 to sign up. Who is ready to bend, twist and have some fun? We will be learning about the basics of yoga during our 30 minute class. Yoga is beneficial for focus, flexibility and strength. Holding fun yoga poses and moving through some breathing exercises are just a few of the activities we will be doing. Participants are asked to bring a towel to class.
